I feel like a broken record, but a lot of MF romances that are getting popular now are too full of tropes to feel real. She makes you laugh, cry, yell at your phone, sometimes you want to throw it away, you get mad but then you’re happy. I was psyched for this one since the chemistry between Indy and Ryan seemed promising, and OH DID MISS LIZ DELIVER in Mile High.

You have Indy who wants to be shown love and Ryan does that+ so much more, but then you have Ryan who wants to be wanted for who he is as a person and Indy shows him exactly that.

One TW: fertility - this is a plot point because Indy’s eggs age at an accelerated rate due to genetics and she’s saving money to have them retrieved and frozen.two reasons this is only four stars though— this was too long, chop about 50-75 pages off and it would have been perfect.
