Recommended to worry-wort good eggs who spend too much time thinking about what the other eggs are getting up to. Changing our behavior and taking care of ourselves is great, but continuing to be bullied and used by bad people for their own entertainment is not, especially if THAT is the reason you have to take extra care of yourself. This book includes the classical suggestions any GP and/or preconception book would give you if you are trying to conceive (take your preconception vitamins, eat healthy, go to the dentist and do a standard fertility check up if things go wrong).One couple we asked for help, Kim and Jane, both excellent photographers with the patience of saints, lived in an old converted school house and dedicated their time to capturing images we might have thought impossible. MacDonald faced two lawsuits over the book’s content (see below); plaintiffs did not prevail, although the judge indicated he felt they had shown that some of the claims of defamation had merit.
