This product did remove the clog, but the mass of the granules created a new blockage we had to force out with a plunger.

It deodorises while it works, leaving drains smelling pleasantly fresh, and the clingy consistency means it keeps drains unblocked for weeks on end. This stuff is for fully clogged drains so not what you should be using every week - they do a drain cleaner for that. But you may need to leave it for an hour or longer if you have a particularly stubborn drain blockage.
