Mark replies: Dan is correct about the free play problem – it is possible with some civilizations to reduce your deck to such a small size that a “free play” card you played early in the turn could reappear due to a method of drawing cards. Anton on Ethnos may look bland, but it’s one of my favourites Dave, great review, and I agree with all of it! Worth noting too that while I have suggested that is it a bit oblique for the opening teach, my 9-year-old daughter has picked it up and now seems to keep on beating me rather convincingly.
