Ideal for savarins too, the silicone mould can go in the dishwasher and squashes down for compact storage.Although it is a large batch recipe it did not fill each section so I had to cut bits off to make them flat and I bake a lot of cakes, this recipe is so dense its sickly!

And being made from silicone the reinforced mould offers even baking, rapid cooling and quick, easy release too.There were no instructions/recipe guide in the box but found the recipe for the 6 egg cake in the Recipe section.
